Wii Fit Day 8

I seem to not be doing very efficiently on losing weight. However, my balance does seem to be improving. My Wii Fit age was actually 2 years younger than my current actual age in today’s tests. Also, the Dance Yoga move that I normally fall over during attempting it was actually doable today..

Wii Fit Day 7

Okay. So I didn’t work out last night (though I did take the test), and I ate fried foods at lunch today. Did it have an effect? Sure did. I gained weight. Figures. I did, however, unlock all exercises, and therefore am doing more workouts. Man I’m tired. I’m not sure if I’ll always do all of them everyday, since it takes up a lot of time. But I will for a little while just to really get myself used to them.

Wii Fit Day 6

This morning I really felt the results of the exercise from last night. I was achy, but it was kind of a good achy. I look forward to the muscles getting used to the exercise and getting really tone. However, today, while I did take the tests, I am not exercising. Too tired. Tomorrow though…

Wii Fit Day 5

Each day I do Wii Fit training, I do all unlocked exercises that are ahead of me, as I go in order. This means if an exercise that is after the exercise I’m on now, I’ll do it. But if an exercise that is before the exercise I’m on now is unlocked, I’ll save it for the next day. This keeps me focused on just getting what’s ahead of me completed. This also helps me have the gradual build-up I want, as I get used to the exercises. So Day 5 has me with almost all the exercises unlocked. I’m still doing the smaller amount of reps or time durations per exercise, but once I get used to them all, I’ll start upping those. Needless to say, I’m tired and sore. But it’s a good sore!

Wii Fit Day 4

Wow, okay, I’m really slacking. Between working on my portfolio for school and doing other random things, I just haven’t really been making time for Wii Fit. Nonetheless, I noticed I did a lot better on some of the training, which tells me I’m at least getting the hang of it (in terms of understanding how it works).

Wii Fit Day 3

My third day is feeling like my first day. On what should have been Day 3, I had a housewarming party. Then the days afterwards were spent preparing for, going to, hanging out in, and returning from Vegas. Needless to say, I didn’t exactly do things to improve my condition on these days. I’m not beating myself up over it, however. I had a great time.

Wii Fit Day 2

My second day has me still a little sore from yesterday’s workout. Today I seemed to actually gain weight, but Wii Fit let me know that it might have to do with the time change in which I did my test. (I got home later today than usual). Oddly enough, my Wii Fit age was lowered dramatically. Not sure what it was I did about my test, but that was good to see. Hopefully, it’s not a fluke?

Wii Fit Day 1

My first day with my new Wii Fit, I found out that I’m “overweight”. That’s okay. That’s why I got the Wii Fit, and why I’m starting this journal to document my results. While a lot of my friends tell me that I’m not overweight, I still feel very uncomfortable with myself and the way I’ve let myself go over the last couple years. I want to get better about my self-esteem, and about my health.
